Has there been any hint from the developers that a A3000/A4000 version is planned?

this year A500, A600 and A1200
no FPU and no MMU is fine for the A500, A600, and A1200, But you probably need an MMU and FPU in the A3000, A4000 as these machines typically have software (and even hardware) that require them.
