WTF!!!!!!!   US $354.71!!!!!!!!

Ya know, I'm not real sure but, I think the only thing the guy got for his money was a 2meg stick of ram!

Yeah that is just for the 560D with 2 megs of ram on it.  Further it is only useful if you already have an AdRam540.

I have a AdRam540 (got it in a bit box of random amiga stuff (I don't have the 560D)).  This is a very odd memory expansion.

You can have up to 2 megs of (chip+slow ram) that is half a meg of chip + 1.5 megs of slow ram (if you have a 8372a) or almost two megs of slow ram without a fat agnus.  Additionally on the 540 you can add 2 meg of fast ram that is the speed of slow ram and does not autoconfigure (you need a program to mount this memory).

The A560D would give you 2 more megs of non-autoconfigurable memory that appears to be fast ram but the speed of slow ram.

With my Adram540 I get 1.5 meg of slow ram, 0.5 megs chip (plus 0.5 of motherboard chip) and 2megs of "slow" fast ram that requires a startup-sequence program.

I use it with an A570 as memory where memory expansions are rare.

My biggest problem with this ram is the speed, you don't get the fast ram boost from it like edge connector ram. additionally I don't like that some of the memory does not autoconfigure.

I understand why people would have wanted one back in the day up to 4 meg of memory (or 6 megs with the 560D) all in your trapdoor expansion.  Additionally other expansion were very expensive back in the day.
