Back in the day, I used a zorro II bus adapter on my A500.  The exact one I used was a slingshot-pro with an A2065, and a 10baseT to Thick ethernet 5baseT adapter.  It looked awful but worked just fine.

Zorro II adapters do come up on ebay from time to time.

Back in the day, we used string and 2 tin cans to communicate...

All jest aside.  A zorro II busboard is a nice addition to an A500.  the A2065 ran very stability in such a configuration for over a year with out any problems.  One just needs to make sure they have a big enough power supply.  My friends use to love my old a500.  They use to call it the borg.  It looked almost as bad as an old Ti99/4a with all the stuff handing out the side, (on the left rather than the Ti99/4a's right)

The only reason that the A2065 was removed, was I finally purchase a big box amiga,  In this case a A3000.  The A2065 is still in that system until this day.
