Most of you will think that's isane but I´m still using an original A3000 "pregnant style" mouse (the two buttons version) on my A4000 .
Yes, it have only 300 (or was it 400?) dpi and yes It have an extremly odd design, but strangely I find it very comfortable and it worked for more than 7 years without any failure since I got It (It came from a second hand A3000 which I had on those times).
