Well... at least you got them intact.
I made 2 purchases from someone and both were a problem.
I won the first item... it was readvertised 3 times before they actually realized I'd won the auction (5 emails later).
They didn't ship the monitor that was supposed to be included. I send several emails... no reply.
At this point I won the 2nd auction.
After 4 emails and threatening not to pay for the 2nd item they finally claimed it was an oversight and it would ship the next day.
I wait a couple days and pay.
2nd item arrived 2 weeks later. Looked nothing like the picture (nor did the first item) and it was missing parts.
10 more emails and a week pass and still no monitor.
I report them to ebay for fraud and suddenly I get a quick response and they claim they don't have my address or they would have shipped it.
The monitor shows up... more than a week later... the moron broke the monitor stand getting it off to pack it. The face of the monitor was up against the side of the box and it was damaged.
And... they leave ME negative feedback.
