How portable are these computer clone implementations to other FPGA chips? The one used in Replay is marked "not suitable for new designs" asfair. So newer Xilinx chips will be needed sooner or later.

The Amiga implementation shows that Motorola 68030 alike is doable. But the DSP, Motorola 56001 is a more uncertain component. I don't think the other chips would pose a big challenge.

So anyone that want to try this computer should deal with the Motorola 56001 mainly.
