I have the same card in my a4000, and i'm using an external blit-fixer/scan doubler. i bought this one at www.compcity.nl --service is realy slowwwwwwww--- but you could also try vesaille (germany).

By the way, was everything solderd from the RGB pins to youre cyber vision card ??

By the way, if an scandoubler is installed, you can simply use an amiga --> vga adapter and connect it from amiga video to the input socked of youre Cybervision.
