It depends on which version of Budgie you have on the mobo. If you have a revision 1 budgie then two SMT capacitors (namely e123c and e125c) will have been removed from the underside of the mobo (underneath Alice).  If you have a version 2 budgie I think you should have one of the SMT resistors moved about in addition to this.
