santa's warp engine
« on: December 21, 2002, 09:52:18 PM »
Arriving from the North Pole (er Canada) a Warp Engine for my A3000..It's a 4040 with 32 megs on board..  Im sort of getting it,s new home ready..
Went on Ebay to increase its memory to 128mb..and had some questions as to what memory to get...
or not to get.. Ebay had gold and tin connectors ..Is there a big difference in performance? EDO ram is ok?
How can you tell if single or double sided stick..say double sided too hot for the warp engine.
Also (fpm) what type of memory is it?.
