Now it seems, that Hyperion decided, they can't squeeze money out of AmigaOS 4 anymore. Then they have thrown this hot potato into someone's else hands. Let's see what ACube will do with it. There is still no publicly presented Samantha board working, there are no signs of ACube getting AmigaOS 4 licence from Amiga Inc. The only fact in this announcement is that Hyperion and ACube made their unofficial partnership an official one.

Hyperion's AmigaOS 4. I think you got your idea after reading news on ppa.pl which was not translated correctly. Always read the original anouncement to get the original meaning, especially if you know english
