The price is not exactly surprising, but that doen't make it better. And the thing it comes with only 1 GB RAM, another additional sound and ethernet card doesn't sound too promising, too.
No thanks; I don't like to spend my money that way.

MorphOS 3.0 will not support iBooks. It will support Powerbooks 1.5 & 1.67 GHz 15" and 17". And it will not run on ibooks by chance. The boards are actually having enough differences to avoid this. Plus MorphOS itselfs checks for the hardware and doesn't proceed the boot process if the hardware is not on the list of supported hardware.
