Go have a look here if that keyfile is still not working for you. You can verify the keyfile is working by checking the Ambient > About MorphOS window, or running ShowConfig in a shell.
Also while booting the boot.pic should tell you when reg'ed.
All in all the Efika is a bit special, but once your system is set up it can deliver quite some pleasure.
