put the efika boot.img on any usb stick (or usb harddrive) and type at th openfirmware promt
> boot hd0:0 boot.img rd rds 0
The cursor should start to spin and after a while Quark/Openfirmware should be prompted at the console.
Be a bit patient since booting off the img from usb is pretty slow (it really takes a while). Also MOS is a bit picky about the usb stick. Try several ones if the first one doesn't cut it.
Just start the iWizard (y doubleclick) to start the installation. For further information read the FAQs from

Make sure the partition MorphOS is copied to is marked as bootable.
