Though at first this topic seemed totally ridiculous but I do remember Sony advertising OS support, but when they put a stop to that I totally forgot that was actually an official selling point not so long ago.
Though Sony usually wins all the time when it comes to court actions so i'm not expecting a good outcome from this. But even when they lose they still win thanks to their stacks. Since Sony (I would think anyway) are a damn sight richer then IGN they may turn back and keep pressing charges on them, apparently in the US it costs money to sue, IGN could end up bankrupt.
Anyone remember the Bleemcast scandal?
