Just because it is listed as 'mint', doesn't mean it has to have that intact. Infact id rather it didn't as that would suggest the battery could kill it at any time (if not already).
I class mint as something that has no yellowing (or very little) and with no marks or superficial damage. Genrally looked after.
[EDIT] Though I spot drilled holes and no side panel so not great IMHO.
