Just to say an ADF file isn't good enough as I have no means of transferring the data.

How do I make an Emergency Disk then? I still don't quite understand. :-?

Yes I got 3.1 ROMs in there.

I'll be transfering my hardware from the desktop, to the tower I got so I can get a working CD system. Aslong as the CD has an option to create an emergancy disk all i'd need is a 3.5 CD.

@ Nearly-Right...

I heard rhumers that icons are a bit dull if you jump from 3.1 to 3.9 so I thought you needed 3.5 before hand? :-?

@ Everyone else...

Thanks very much indeed for your help. One thing worries me. As this tower is pre-used, the cd drives and IDE stuff is all ready installed. Will the drivers still remain or will I need to find a way of installing it all again?
Not only this, I would ideally want to replace the HD with a 4GB one but I fear I will loose all the infomation. Is there a way to clone them? :-?

I have yet to get it online so the MakeCD isn't possible right now. Are you basically saying that I should just back up my Devs folder and just drag and drop on the new OS? If not would it work? :-?

Thanks for the info. I think this drive is a recordable one. There may be a MakeCD app. on here somewhere. I have a few CD's so I will see what I can do. :-)
