Those terminators should work as long as the are "active" or sometimes called "active/negation".   LVD stands for low voltage differential.  Almost all consumer scsi devices are LVD.  The other choice is HVD, sometimes called simply "differential scsi".  This is a +5 volt system used in server environments, robotic tape libraries, dlt tape drives, etc.. As you might guess, the two standards are NOT compatible.   Anyway, the answer to the question is yes, the LVD/SE terminators are what you need so long as they are specified as "SE Active".  SE = "Single Ended" aka "Narrow" aka 8 data bits wide.

If they are not marked "Active" they probably aren't.  Methinks you have regular passive terminatos.   I have tons of scsi spares around here; terminators, passthrough cables, adapters, gender changers, you name it.  If you pay for shipping I'll be happy to send you the cable and terminators you need.  Lemme know if interested..  Dave
