Who owns CyberstormPPC, et al?
« on: July 15, 2006, 11:08:25 AM »
Does anyone know who currently owns the legal rights to the CyberstormPPC cards originally from Phase5?  DCE and Phase5 are long-ago tits-up.  I know Phase5 did some initial work (exactly how much is anybody's guess) on a "next generation" Amiga compatible motherboard as well as extensive work on G3/4/5 PPC cards to succede the Cyberstorm series for Classic Amigas.  Possibly even some prototype boards exist somewhere?  Did DCE do any followup work on these projects?  Where do all the drawings, schematics, manuals, special tools, test equipment, source code, parts lists, supplier lists, prototypes, test results, etc... Where is all that stuff now?  Anyone have any idea who the owner(s) is/are?  Do lawyers own it, creditors..?  Thanks in advance

You're right.  I gues that was a "misunderstatement" on my part.  :)  Pardon the BUSHism.  I got it from GW's biography, "Is our children learning?"
