New OS4 Icon set

Simply Power icons ins't integrated in OS4. But maybe it will be included in Contrib drawer.

Anyway 256 icons aren't much different from png 24bit icons. For our eyes there isn't difference.

This is only a beta-default theme, everyone can make their own, or convert png to the new icons format.

Check the last screenshot of OS4, the fist one have a png icons converted to glow icons (up, the workbench...i don't, remember) and is the same looking as the original.

No i'm not joking. The only difference is the alpha channel. As i've said have you cecked the leopad icon of the lastes screenshots, it seems a png.

No. How many pixel there is in a medium icon (60x50 for example)?  For sure not 16,8 milions.

256 colors for an icon is a lot, the only difference is the alpha channel.... for the third time: See the leopard icon from the lastest screenshots. It was a png icons converted to Glow Icons. :-D

For sure i'm not as you described. In my opinion 256colors is enough (at least for now), OS4.x will have 24-32bit icons in the future. But i think it isn't essential.
