Uh? Are you joking? OS4 have a lot of thecnical and graphical evolution than 3.9. Moste of them can be spotted in these screenshots.
If you say this,also MorphOS, WinXp, MacoS can be 3.9 with a few more pieces of eye candy basically :-? :-? :-? :-?
