When I first saw your game posted with the excellently done Smurf logo and very well done copy of the Smurf characters, the first thought that did cross my mind was "I wonder how long it will take the lawyers to see this...".
One of the Intellivision homebrew cartridge makers also recently got the same cease and desist letter for trying to port "Smurf Rescue in Gargamel's Castle" to the Intellivision.
Really, although it sucks, I can't blame Peyo or whoever owns the right from protecting their property. They have to do it in all cases (large and small) because (to the best of my knowledge) if they don't then it can set a legal precident that they've abandoned their trademark and even make their trademark void.
