You may know more about this than me...but don't you either need:
- a time base corrector if you are dumping it live (i.e. real time dubbing)
- or a frame-accurate single frame recording external video tape recorder with serial connection to the Amiga to do frame-by-frame recording to tape? The serial connection allows the Amiga to control the VTR and advance frames on the tape.
