Are there any more amiga 3d artists willing to share their work ? This almost made me install LW on amiga again but now i only have 030 and 4mb ram...

Well, I've just recently learned how to do 3D modelling (using Aladdin4d as my learning software) and I've been doing some models for a small video project:

All the objects in these scenes are custom made. I don't use pre-made objects. Not that they're amazing, but I think they're decent.

I have seen that thread and i like what you have done. It looks good, nice work, i bet it took forever to model and render. Its very fun to make something from scratch and not just load some ready objects and slap a scene together. The more you practice the more objects you end up with. After some time you have your own object collection. Amiga 3d sw will never again be competitive with pc sw but its still fun to learn the basics of 3d modeling and animation.

It didn't take too long to do the single frame test renders, but once I texture the moonbase, add light sources and shadows, and then render it to a 160 frame animation at HD TV resolution, I think it's going to take quite a while!
