I really think that Beatbox, or even a simple tracker like ProTracker or OctaMED, would be better suited to what you want than Tiger Cub. Beatbox and trackers are cycle based sequencers that loop as part of their nature....and you can layer sounds while it's looping to create a complex repetitive beat.
