SCALA? AmigaVision? Which multi-media program is best?
« on: January 15, 2008, 08:57:53 PM »
I wish to assemble Amiga animations with sound for final output to a video recorder.

The Amiga has had all of these multi-media presentation programs.

AmigaVision
CanDo!
Deluxe Video
Movie Setter
Scala!
ShowMaker

(and perhaps more)

So many to choose from!  Is there one that users would recommend?  Are any of the above compatible with the DCTV display device?

Has anyone actually used ShowMaker by Gold Disk?  I have a boxed copy I picked up used years ago, but never had an excuse to use it.

On-line reviews say it is good, but read some old UseNet messages that said it had problems with AmigaDOS 2.1+
