You will need to update both the ROMs and the Western Digital SCSI chip on that board.

Software Hut in the USA sold these chips when I did my upgrade about 6 years ago.

That's a good point.  I've also had a situation where I HAD TO put a CD in a CD-ROM drive for the Amiga to boot.  Otherwise it would just hang indefinitely.
