@LinchpiN

The Scandoubler only works in 15kHz modes wich the DBLNTSC isn't (it's around 31). I think there were some scandoublers that worked on euro36 and 72 (around 23khz if I remember correctly) but I don't know if the scanmagic is one of them. On DBLNTSC it it's just a passthrough.

How is that model installed by the way? I was thinking about getting one myself cause it seems to be of the best around from opinions I've read... Was wondering if that would fit my A1200 desktop ok..

"Yeah AFAIK this SD is designed to fit in a desktop case. Want some photos?"

No, I was just puzzled how the Scandoubler had two parts one external and one internal, is there some calbe making the connection between the too, or it's made throught the A1200 video port itself?! In that case it wouldn't be necessary to leave the case open in an A1200 desktop, so that's cool (I already have the rear expansion slot used so no luck there).
