You're not giving us much information...
What Amiga model do you have?
What controler are you using with the CD Rom (standard Amiga IDE port etc..)?
What type of CDROm (IDE ATAPI, SCSI?)
If your using the standard Amiga IDE port make sure the CDRom jumpers are set up correctly AND the same for the HD jumpers.
