At the CLI-prompt write:

Lha x

For example:

Lha x Myfile.lha RAM:
To Be A True Adventurer, You Ought To Play Real Text Adventures

At the prompt write:

> DH1:

to make sure that you will be there (in this partition you have the lha file)

> LhA x executiv.lha DH1:

Note that if you have the lha file in a subdirectory, you must go there too.
