Amiga Inc. is looking forward to something else than the real Amiga we had in the old days.

They are just in another planet (a planet full of sh*****).

What they should do is simply give all rights to the Amiga community and let the open source model take it from there. Just imagine being able to activily contribute to the makeup of the OS itself. Imagine being able to freely port it to more powerful and, most importantly, availiable hardware.
