« on: July 15, 2015, 01:55:11 PM »
I have some RAM (4 PACKS OF 8 ZIP CHIPS EACH) from A3000's I used to have but I don't remember how much each actually is :/ - can someone tell me how to identify the quantity based on the chip markings?

(2) Qty 8: TC514256AZ-80

(1) Qty 8: KM44C258AZ-8

(1) Qty 1: TC514256AZ-80 ;  Qty 7: KM44C258AZ-8

Thanks.

Each chip is 128kB (256k x 4bits).

Thanks... so it looks like I have a total of 4MB here.
