wanted kick40068.a4000.PAT

I need the following part of the kick40068.a4000.PAT

I have kick40068.a4000
and kick40068.a4000.RTB

somehow some games in WHDload does not work without this files (the error message shows it!)
It has nothing to do with not registrated WHDload version o.s.l.t.

Who knows where to find the (or  the complete) kick part?
