Diabetics: Hyper or Hypo?
When I do not eat enough, I start shaking. After eating a sandwich it takes 30 minutes before this shaking reduces or stops.
Feeling tired is a lack, that is for sure.
I mean, you might miss or have a defect in your digestic system to complete the food-process inside the body!
I am not a docter, but you better check your blood.
Do you also suffer of high blood pressure or fast heart beat?
(Do you feel your heart pump well during lying down or in your head/vains after you have ride the bike or run for a mile?)
Things to give attention to!
Be good to your body! Listen to your heart!
When you do not feel well, there is a reason!
Do not ignore that!
