Distributing the data files for the full version of games like Wolf3D and DOOM are illegal.  Creating source ports of the game's engine code to other platforms isn't.  id Software has a wonderful habit of making the source code to the game engine open-source a certain number of years after the game has been out.  This is why you can download the source code to the DOOM, Quake 1, Q2, and Q3 game engines.

Not to sound mean or disrepsectful, but a little bit of research can help befor making such posts.
