I was just curious of how much would be chipmem and how much would be fastmem (and slowmem), in an A500+.

Yeah, I have a towerized A500+, currently with a 1MB chipmem expansion in the trapdoor. I also have a GVP SCSI board that I plan to populate with 8MB fastmem. Now, I'd also like some slowmem, just for the sake of it! ;) The question is how I achieve that while still having 2MB chipmem. I'm thinking of trying an A2000 model A slowmem expansion in the CPU slot of my tower, but they are hard to find...

I thought maybe the ProRam II could help me in my endeavour. Is it especially made for the A500+, i.e. without a clock battery?

Actually, since it's in a tower, I use the Zorro version! :-D Well, I do have a side-car version too, but also 2 4MB SIMMs for it. [I wish there was Magnum P.I. style smiley, you know, in the intro where Tom Selleck does that thing with his eyebrows...]
