Thinking about this I remember having similar problems when I first installed my PIV card in my A4000. I first installed, on a clean OS3.5 install, CGX 3 and the machine froze, same for CGX 4 and again when I installed P96. I finally got it work when I did another clean OS3.5 install and then installed P96, no CGX installs attempted after this. I have tried using CGX a couple times since an it has always resulted in having to do a clean install on my system.
