Reggae has to be downloaded from Krashan's website. IIRC TinyGL is included as default, you can download 3d update if you are unsure.
Basically does this version have warp3d and powerup support ?
Of course. Both powerUp and WarpOS are suported. Warp3D wrapper works great too.
What gfx card do you have? If you use a virge/permedia2 you will have to install Warp3D as 3D part is not supported by TinyGL/Rave. If you have a Voodoo it should work without problems OOTB.
