Yeah its good to see Amiga computing advancing forwards but i'm not gonna get really excited until the Amiga/Morph start getting mentioned on non-Amiga sites and nor will competitors.
Once I start seeing regular Amiga related mentions on ZDNet type news sites and hear people actually talking about it (like PC addicted friends..) i'll actually get really excited.
As for being a threat in the future. Well its very possible but I doubt as a Windows threat. But embedded markets, multimedia, handheld etc... who knows... I certainly hope so ;-)
