Resistance begins at ohm...

Though, i doubt i would give them the full 9 yards...

(Er as this is the uk, and a lot safer than most places like beirut or the US..)

Hum,
it should be said that there are gangs of people who roam around  and "clean up rubbish/graffiti and fix-things..." (in middle of the night)...

The police have been quoted as saying " this is technically not a bad thing"

It`s probably just an urban craze, involving anarchistic activists, though...
Weird things happen in the UK.
