An 'average' Longhorn PC system...
« on: May 05, 2004, 01:29:31 AM »
Lol,
It seem that micro$oft is expected to recommend that the 'average' Longhorn PC feature a dual-core CPU running at 4 to 6 GHz; a minimum of 2 gigs of RAM; up to a terabyte of storage; a 1 Gbit, built-in, Ethernet-wired port and an 802.11g wireless link; and a graphics processor that runs three times faster than those on the market today...

Hum, i thought i could get away with my 2.8 athlon...oh well..

Use a dipole flux capacitor Aswell (near to Roswell)?
Hum, according to the standard issue warp engine manual:  ... Slush deuterium enters the inlet manifolds, to be sent to the warp engine nacelles ...

Btw, seems as if PC world have received their beta copy of longhorn and they felt it was `sluggish` on their 3 Ghz Xt98000 machine...
