Hum,
i vaguely remember that you had to copy the `installer script` onto your HD first (where you want the game to go) , then install from that.... - have a look at the readme files.
But it's no big deal, with the floppies, considering that you don't run any thing else (i.e. load WB) to keep the speed of the game up.
