Age old problem
The short answer is you can`t...
(i take it that you`ve mess about with the differant
DBL Pal,
SUPER72, etc devices in the monitors drawer/storage drawer)
have a look hereThough, i have run a 4096 colour
Ham workbench in the past, it's not recommended,(forget what the pallet device i dropped into WBstarup drawer was called), as it's totally incompatible with the usual 256 col game screens...
i just manage to get away with 1000 X 600 (scrollable) WB, but it'll eat your entire chip ram...
So you`ll have to put up with 640 for now , er, until you can track down
FBlit, (or other software to save on chip ram),
ModePro, or a graphic card...
[So what's wrong with scrolling?]
