A4000 Keyboard problems

I got the A4000 keyboard with miniDIN/DIN converter and had it plugged in keyboard socket of an A2000.

I can use alpha-numeric keys, but function keys and ESC isn't working at all.

Any ideas?

My spare keyboard matrix works 100% with keyboard controller. It must be something wrong with leads on matrix.

Anyway, thnx for hint. It was on spot.
