This Commodore company I am sure isn't the same one that built the Amiga. I think they may just be 'using' the name to gain an immediate good repuatation and userbase.
Of course, correct me if I am wrong.

My idea was that is was that some of the previous Commodore company had 're-setup' as it were.
I thought that there would be some problems with copyright etc. with using the same name and logo and a company, even if they have been out of business for so many years
