DOpus on Windows is awesome - I have mine set up to launch MODO and LightWave standalone rendering, convert image sequences to ProRes using ffmpeg, encode .mp4s using x264, rip audio streams from videos and more. All with nice, bespoke controls/drop-downs etc.

If you run any command line stuff on Windows, DOpus is a great place to control it from.
