Well it's been a while since I had a hardware Amiga but to get you started, download and install the Phase5 68060 library and 68040 dummy library - they won't interfere with your '030 so you can get those into libs: first.

Not sure about the maprom so personally I'd disable it whilst you get your system up and running.
Cyberpatcher (and Oxypatcher) trap the missing FPU instructions in the '060 and replace them with their own code - you don't need to install these immediately, not having them just means your 060 will be slower handling some FPU stuff. A better option is MuRedox
