The Cybervision 64 DOES come with a flicker fixer - the Cybervision 3D doesn't - In my opinion the CV64 was a much better card - the Picasso IV is great too and (in my experience) more reliable than either of the Cybervisions - the CV64 was better for Mac emulation though.
