to see this, you might need a scope. the voltage will "wobble" if the capacity is not high enough anymore. OR just solder the capacitor off the board and measure the capacity.
if theres nothing leaking and the machine is working well, theres no need to worry, even if the capacities are not 100% anymore. when the capacitor influences the functionality, you WILL see it :-D
