you could do it the other way. use rcftpd from the aminet. it´s an ftp server for the miggy. runs fine, is very easy to install and configure.
afaik the mac is capable of using nfs. nfsd from the aminet is an nfs deamon for amiga os.
you can also use samba and share files through smb. (there are mac clients availible)
