It won't work with a Deneb and another DMA card (scsi controlers like FastLane and A4091).
Some cards do require a Buster11 though...

Totally incorrect.....

Buster 11 might have issues with Deneb, but only if you have the Deneb using DMA, so turn it off & set Deneb to use ZII mode. Super Buster 11 does not have any issues with the Fastlane or the A4091 C= SCSI card. The Z3 fastlane will work with all revisions of Buster Chip & the A4091 will not work without a Super Buster 11 fitted.

The Super Buster Chip manages the ZORRO III bus Arbitration & all Buster revisions were riddled with bugs causing problems in ZORRO III transfers. Super Buster 11 is the best revision to have fitted in any A4KD/T.

The deneb card requires either a Rev 9 or 11 Super Buster to work. However, if you have SCSI in your Amiga, you'll need to set the Deneb to ZII mode & drop the DMA function. Deneb can not use DMA if you have other cards in your Amiga using DMA. The Deneb is a poor USB solution for any Amiga, because the Amiga relies heavily on it's multi-channel DMA. Your modern day Pee Cee's only have 1 DMA Channel which is shared, causing a serious bottleneck  on the system.
